携程网(Ctrip)住店用户圣***娘 2018-09-11凌晨四点入住，前台小哥给我们升级了房间，从普通房型升级到了套房。以前经常住朗庭，但从未被升级房间。可惜太累了，倒头就睡。

Tang Court food and service was excellent, as was Dukes. We had some deliveries to us at the hotel and Concierge were extremely efficient. Bell boys and girls were very guest focussed as well. It was the best hotel experience we have had in many years. Flowers in the lobby and other foyers were outstanding.
