携程网(Ctrip)住店用户 1***5 2016-10-06一般不评论，真的受不了。从入住当晚就跟酒店反应厕所虽然能流水但不太通，让他们找人第二天早上在我们外出的时候修一下，结果回来时还是一样，然后让他们中午再看看，后来好像好了一点，结果下午就真的塞了。后来修理的人带工具来了，我说也不是你的错我自己弄吧，结果还是不行，我也是没眼看了，让他们弄吧。你说你们是君悦我觉得你们都脸上蒙羞，反应几次就是不弄，体验差到极点。还有前台一女的也是态度冷漠，你那么不开心干脆就别做了，这点工资也不够你买药。SHIT experience, no joking, hotel just didn't do anything even if we told them twice the toilet wasn't working properly, so you probably know what happened in the end, just not worth the hassle talking to that bunch of idiots, no human feelings, did't take customers seriously at all. Reception was no good either, one of the check in ladies was like a queen, you could tell her attitude was more like 'piss off, leave me alone'. If there is -5 star to rate, that's what I would give them.
