携程网(Ctrip)住店用户 1***7 2016-04-08我给了全五分，特别是酒店的服务，让人记忆深刻。不管是加被褥还是给小孩准备的洗漱用品都透着人文关怀，对了，酒店的顶层还有一个小小的无边泳池，刚好对着明珠塔梦幻般的夜景！

携程网(Ctrip)住店用户 E***4 2016-04-07The overall experience was great. The pool was great, warm, calm and not so many people in the morning. The room was massive and loved the auto-blind in the room. The desk was too big but looks great too. I arrived very late on the day, I knew my booking didn＇t include breakfast but I was happy to pay for it, the receptionist promptly told me that my rate didn＇t include breakfast, I thought the way how she said it could be improved, after all I was happy to pay for it. The bed was very comfortable too. After many nights of form pillows, I was so glad there are feather pillows in the hotel. I know that is the basic requirement nowadays in hotel like this but glad that I didn＇t have to ask for it. The coffee machine in the room was not the most user-friendly and the coffee itself was merely ok. Wondering it would be much of ask to have Nespresso machine in the room, given that the hotel already offer Nespresso in the lobby. The bathtub was massive! Took a little while to fill it to half full and it was a experience to be in it. When I was checking out, the day staff were all very friendly, especially the girl in red in the Lobby, very nice and friendly. The front desk staff were nice too, but given there were only 3 guests, including myself, there at the time, wasn＇t expecting them to be asked by their manager before they offered to help me to check out. Overall experience was great.
