Excellent service quality, hotel stall very friendly to every guest, you feel always serviced in the best possible way. It's the hotel of choice when you come to shanghai.thanks for the reception staffs, Executive Lounge staffs and caifei, their manger liu is very personable and Concierge zhang is very helpful, I sure i will come back with my family next time!
