携程网(Ctrip)住店用户 S***- 2017-04-291: The for check-in receptionist showed bad attitude and was very unfriendly 2: The hotel's swimming pool is under maintenance and did not inform me in advance in advance. I believe this is fraudulent and it is a deception. In fact, most of us came to this hotel is because of its famous borderless swimming pool. 3: I believe there is food safety issue in this hotel. When I asked them for edible ice, they brought it with edible ice in a plastic bag and gave to me. It should be in a ice bucket not a plastic bag. Most importantly, the edible ice was brought by a janitor instead of restaurant staff. 4: The customer service staff in charged of receiving calls has a very bad attitude. He hung up my phone call before I'm done with my complaint. 5: I've made a complaint to the management over the past 3 hours. Until now I still did not receive any reply or apology from the management. 6: This is the most stingy hotel I've ever seen. I asked for 2-3 lemon slices and they asked for 10CNY for that. When I rejected the offer, they hung up the phone immediately and impolitely.
