携程网(Ctrip)住店用户 d***o 2016-04-03是哈尔滨出差中住过的最佳性价比五星酒店，房间比香格里拉酒店大一倍，设施很新，早餐不错，酒店的普拉那啤酒坊也很赞，出租车司机找不到可以告知“八府宴对面”。已经向不少朋友推荐。酒店三楼有粤菜餐厅，包厢和菜品都高端大气上档次，但真心不便宜。其他都满意。

携程网(Ctrip)住店用户 J***s 2016-04-02My daughter and I started from the 21th - 23st March. Staff were very helpful, friendly and welcoming on arrival. During the whole stay you had the feeling that they were pleased to help and make sure everything ran smoothly in order to give the guests a great experience. Had a wonderful time at this hotel. The building has a very austere exterior but inside is lovely. Whilst you may be initially concerned on your arrival the hotel is a delight. Every staff member we interacted with was really polite and friendly (like the typical Englishman）. We booked at upgrade room which put us . The room was modern and tidy and had been cared for well.The rooms are big, modern and well equipped with free safe and chinese tea, toiletries, coffee for use. Whilst a personal preference I found the mattress not to my tastes. Like many European countries it＇s two large, single mattresses adjoining. Huge bed though.Lovely comfortable king size bed, the pillows were the ones I love that you sink right into. Extremely clean and the room was cleaned every day. There was a really nice gym that was clean and well equipped. Breakfast is good, a varied selection of hot food, bacon sausages eggs etc, fresh fruit, toasts and a selection of spreads, cheeses, yogurt and pastries for afters! I＇d highly recommend this hotel and if I＇m back in the area I would definitely stay again. Pros: Service, Location, Cleaning, Excellent and quiet rooms, Free Wifi with good reception. Cons: Almost no English TV-Channels. We found the air conditioning a little ineffective. You can of course open the window .
