携程网(Ctrip)住店用户 g***h 2016-07-20位置比较方便，宾馆设施也相当不错。服务也比较规范，管理有序，前台服务员业务也比较熟悉，处理入住和退房都比较快捷。上网速度也比较快，信号也比较稳定，对出差人员来说很是便利。就是房间较小，房价也不如以前的优惠了。

携程网(Ctrip)住店用户 1***0 2016-07-20Worst experience in my whole life. I spent RMB2500 for the room nights.It was raining on the last day and I borrowed an umberlla from the front desk. The first saying was they need a 50 deposit which is fine. But when I returned the umberlla, the front desk manager (a guy) opened the umberlla and checked it thoroughtly for a minute. I can never forget the worst look on his eye and his face. Worst, he took so long to refund my 50 deposit, I was in a hurry to depart.The service in this hotel is extremely terrible and unbelievable. They claimed it a 5 starts hotel? It should be a negative 5 stars hotel.
