携程网(Ctrip)住店用户 3***7 2017-11-232 unexpected thing happened during my stay here which are not the consistent impression of Sheraton in my mind before. 1# was arranged an uncleaned room initially even I made reservation with full charge by credit card.internal mistakes or system's error? 2# I asked staff to prepare the invoice in advance during the check-in so that I can leave with it in the next early morning, absolutely confirmed by staff. Unfortunately the next morning I was told that they did not print the invoice and need to do it after 9am, but I have to leave at7:30am. Hope it can be improved always keep the previous good impression of Sheraton.

携程网(Ctrip)住店用户 钠***钠 2017-11-19大大的差評。前台接待處四個台子，只有三位接待人員，倆人忙碌著，一人閒著，上前一問，告知她只接待退房事宜；沒看到酒店任何一處有標註哪裡checkin哪裡checkout啊，質疑，再次告知她不熟悉業務只會處理checkout業務。好，接受你的答覆回應。但是請把態度放端正好吧啦。常德喜來登，前台接待處繁忙無比，迎賓先生幫我們辦理入住手續。這就是極好的客戶體驗感。我想問一問，這位小姐，不培訓，你咋上崗的呢。
